TAKE NOTICE that Rangitikei District Council intends to exercise its statutory powers conferred by s.77 of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002 in respect of the land described below.

1. Apply to the District Court one month after the date of this notice for an order

declaring the land to be abandoned, and
